Packaging:

Packing properly seems to be an issue; I get pens in all sort of ways, from very well wrapped, to an envelope with a stamp. I would strongly suggest that you utilize bubble wrap inside a sturdy container for transport.

Shipping:

People ask about how to ship me the pens. I always have said Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation, Insured to the value you think is the value. With this shipping, I get the pens in about 2 - 5 days, depending on the distance, holidays, and weekends. Current turnaround is approximately 2 - 3 weeks.


Payment:

Since each is a custom job, hold off payment until I give a final bill. As packages often get disturbed or rearranged by Customs, it is our policy to only invoice via email. Any other reference to values is left to the recipient. Cash, money orders, or personal checks work fine for me. Perhaps in the future I will accept Visa and Mastercard. No PayPal, thanks.

Finally, I have worked on over a thousand pens in the last twelve months, and probably won't remember the details of your pen. A note describing conversations and parameters insures best service.
